Corn addiction

I never smoked, never drunk , never tested tea (many people love it but I don't unfortunately🙂) , yep i am occasionally drink cold coffee with ice cream as it's my favourite, and as far as corn is concerned , i used to watch it a lot but reduced it to minimal since last 5 years, I am 23 now . I used to consume a lot of processed sugar and carbonated drinks but my acne and dandruff worsened so reduced it to like 1-2 a month , life is good now , i do have cravings but when i look on my skin quality and healthy, i think hatao yaar jaane do ,
