I can't speak for everyone, but ESOPs can be a good long-term investment if you believe in the company's growth. Evaluate your financial goals and risk tolerance before deciding.

I did it in 2023 and subscribed with 10k and now it’s over 20k so it can be a good investment
There are close to no chances of getting losses there But there will be a 5 year of lock in period so you can’t utilise that money till lockin period
So decide wisely
