How many of you feel you are super skilled but there's no opportunity for you to use those skills?
PS: I am trying to change this dynamic and will have some openings soon. Will post in GV obv., but curious to know where folks are at right now.
Never had this God kind of complex. Oh, I wish I was more confident.

True, while I am happy being humble, I do wish to have more belief in myself
I m not super skilled but have enough skill to do any work according to my tech stack but I'm stuck in tcs not able to utilise what I know.
@BakshiBabu you are never stuck, i know there are always these situations that hold you back but believe in yourself and make that jump. I know you won't regret it.
