I'm stuck here due to lack of skills. To get out of TCS, I need to develop skills. Just working towards it. I'm okay with 5 days of WFO . But I'm not okay with staying in the campus for more than 2 hours. The 9 hours everyday is bothering me. I'm afraid if I start working in US/UK shift, I have to be stuck in office till 12 AM.

Persons should join TCS only after 40 yrs to enjoy retirement life.
Exactly..please noone should join in tcs.their career will be spoiled.such a bad HR if we ask they are telling that is not their work I don't know who has selected them.dnt know ethics.better we shouldnt join it is like school.i dnt have words to describe
Plus, I feel any company will be client friendly. Considering the current scenario where there are lay offs left, right and center, I'm sure people are queued to bag a job. It's the recruiter's market, not the good old 2021 which was the employee's market. You leave, there are 50 folks waiting in the line to replace you. The same applies for me.
