
How many of you feel female employee gets more benefit as compare to male employee.

in TCS onsite is dominated by male employees. and what special allowance is put for female in payslip nothing. this is not at all a topic to discuss. here it is just employees. both male and female is taken with equal weight when a project finds and fills the resource requirements

You are correct that onsite is dominated by male associate but reason is, in India where mostly ppl are lower middle class for their parents for male person still there is less fear and they know they can able to manage in outside world but for female associate still indian parents are hesitant to send for an onsite this is for most of the cases not all the cases.
They still think about the huge crime rates and unwanted mishap so this made them to send less female associate.
But my question is it's should not be the case if two associate are working one male other female ♀️then major favours female give her advantage.
It should be on merit basis.

No, in terms of female employees they are more biased, especially when they know you are going on maternity or marriage they will delay your promotion and give bad band. I am 12 years experience and my due to above reason I have 8.5 lakh pkg.

Yes, It's always gender biased towards female associates especially with female leadership! They promote female associates even if it's obviously visible that few of the male associates perform exceptionally better than those female associates who got promoted! A male resource will get triggered by the moment they get to know his colleague female resource who gets trained by him gets more hike and promotion than him ! Most of the female leadership give preference for female employees just because they are females and some of the male leadership give preference to female just because they are pity females and rest are based on merit and other political biased. Hence overall it became such a toxic female dominating environment !

To some extent even I agree to some of the Female employees (Especially good looking 😉😁) have better edge, but there’s also alternate view, there are two reasons.
- As someone said below, they don’t look for onsite they’re awarded better bands
- In few projects I have seen they stick to the Projects forever, they don’t switch like Male employees due to multiple factors. So they have been there and better edge.

I will mention here one instance where my colleague when she told she needs an onsite aspiration manger freezed that in his mind, I told same thing to him two months before but he forget that.
My friend who is close to the manager , got this information that my colleague has asked for onsite .
I told him I asked him same did he not mention my name, he responded by saying No.
