

How many of you considered taking counselling using employee assistance program
Hello,
For a couple of months now, I feel I am completely burnout due to work pressure and lack of peer support. I even spend my sat and Sunday to be productive. I am managing a few complex programs where my leadership has put me on the spot to drive stakeholder connects, document writing, discussing key org changes, sorting escalation and many more without any peer support as the leadership shifted tenured SMEs to different programs, majority of them are not even a goal. Being a manager managing everything has become a tedious job day by day. Its almost a year that I have been calling out to give myself at least one smooth program so that I get some time to breathe but they have not shown sympathy for my concern, Even when they know how hectic my schedule is they delegate all of their jobs to me with which I am planning to take counselling provided by the ERP. Did any one of you have gone through this procedure and was it helpful in reducing stress management, anxiety or panic attacks?
