As an interviewer who has conducted more than a thousand interviews in my career, cheating is very easy to catch.
A person talking about something they really know, vs. reading something off a screen for the first time about something they don't know much about, sounds very different and is very easy to detect. And I immediately fail anyone who's trying to cheat.
So take my advice, and saying "I don't know" in response to a question is much better, than trying to cheat and read off answers from somewhere, and being failed immediately.
