Trending @HCL; How many of you are ready to resign if HCL won’t release compensation letter this year?

Already dropped papers in OCT post their Financial Results and Silent Layoffs, given 5.4 years to the company and still being treated as a petty is not acceptable. Waiting for offer Letters and just accepting that 6 months of arrier can be looted back every appraisals is way to beyond acceptable. Have received 500% hike, know my worth was confident enough and received offer letter few days back

Need offer letter first from other companies

Im already giving interviews. Expecting one offer this week. Lets make use of these two months as much as we can instead of waiting for 2-3% hike 😃 Good luck..!!!
