How many of them will resign after not paying variable pay?

TCS is over staffed as they hired haphazardly during the pandemic and the salary costs have shot thru the roof. Keithivasan wants people to leave and hence coming up with such adverse anti employee policies. TCS cannot do layoffs directly as it affects the brand image of Tata in India
