Yes it is mentioned in ultimatix policy from December 2023. If you login to ultimatix and scroll down ,you can see consolidated policy release communications you can find that there. If you are still unable to find,dm me
I tried to find but I dont see anything like consolidated policy
You can take but just you need to provide documents if you are taking more than 3 days, next leaves will be credited in the next quarter i.e in April.
When the FY ends all your casual leaves will be expired.
You can take LWP(Leave without pay) with proper reason if you don't have any leaves left in balance.
Forgot to mention, 1.75 casual leaves will be credited to us every quarter.
