So If I am planning to take multiple leaves in a week, how many do I actually need to skip marking my presence at the office.

U can skip 2-3 weeks office... no issue

Really? But recently my team lead was like we have to visit even in 2nd shifts. So not a single week we should miss or else we'll get mails about non compliance

U can ignore team lead...u will get non compliance mail first if anything happens...so u can try..no worries

2-3 days if you are off no need to visit office. I heard this thing from RTO meetings from Hr
