Not much in the last year, because Demand for tech skills was high, but this year might be a different story

There have been many silent layoffs happening since last year. Companies are doing it in small phases to stay away from the news.

Demand for tech still is high for very specific areas. In last year too, there were limited internal job offerings in various company portals for many of the tech roles that were considered hot in last 5 years. Last year was a base to round up people and layoff.
