How many internships are good to have on CV
I am an 2nd year engineering student and what to know how many internships are good to have before I start applying for full time role in 4th year, when I see on LinkedIn, people in 2nd year have done 3-4 internships already and have put crazy numbers about their internships and other different campaigns , community work etc.. Here I am still learning new skills. I am feeling like I am falling behind compared to them. I am interested in VC ,Fintechs, growth, business. startups.
Numbers doesn’t matter. Quality matters, and it should be visible in your job interview. When you put in your intern exp on resumes, the vectors are mentioned, and you’ll have to prove them.
Large volume doesn’t speaks the quality, then there are dubious internships, enroll and get cert, and do nothing! If you have to put, I’d say max two, doesn’t matter how many you’ve done, which are quality ones.
