How many hours required at office for a day as per new policy from April ?

Minimum 3 hours are on radar. Better be in 3 to 5 5 to 7 or 7to 9. I have seen people getting emails from hr with justification of 0-3. 0-3 will impact the appraisal coming week as told by many. If any offers in hand do not even bothered but if no offers and looking for change. Just be complaint.
