Sleeping after 3am, waking up around 9 or before cuz life, and if I'm lucky i get to nap for an hour in the day maybe twice or thrice a week. I track my sleep very closely and feel guilty daily but no action cuz I'm super productive post evening and the guilt of not finishing anything and going to bed prevais :(
How do you guys work with sleep less than 7 hours? My brain just don't work with anything less than 7 hours.
I sleep at 10.30 PM every day and wake up at 6 AM and finish my dinner before 730 PM. We need to be disciplined at some point of time in life for better health. Prioritise health over wealth.

Have you thought of exploring no cost EMI? Banks give 12M no cost emi these days. Will that still not fit your budget? My suggestion is if something is giving you the things you need to progress, you should see it as an investment. Especially sleep
