I believe in being early to bed and early to rise πŸ™‚. So, generally 8-9 hours 😴.

I don't know how people function with 3-4 hours (or even less!) of sleep on a regular basis πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«....can't even imagine that!
I can clearly see the difference in the heart rate if I don't get enough sleep. Some days are fine, because of work commitment, personal issues, etc. But every single day.... a big NO! 😐

It might not affect someone initially, but in the long run, there will be cardiac and other health related issues.

Yeah you are very right, but the major problem for me is going early to bed. My devices don't let me do it. I try everyday but after someday I found myself late night scrolling 😫. Any tips on how you do that? I think only relying on willpower is useless here in these cases...😞

In sleep it's not quantity, it's quality. If one falls asleep within 5 mins if laying down and wakes up refreshed then the sleep cycle is good.

That sounds good. But recently I found an article on sleep which states that less than 6 hours of sleep increases the risk of heart disease by 48% and risk of stroke by 15%

Start hitting the gym in the morning. Your body will automatically feel sleepy and your sleep timings and cycle will improve eventually.

What about hitting the gym in the evening, does that also work?

Created a companion that helps you sleep. app.wave-length.in

I run a mental health company and tried almost everything including sleep coaches on the platform. Didn’t work out that well. Went back and realized we grew up sleeping on bedtime stories narrated to us by our grandparents.

Created a dadu companion inspired by my own dadu. Showed him today he loved it

If you sometime have trouble sleeping talk to dadu on app.wave-length.in - we’re beta testing would love your feedback also :)

Earlier I used to go to bed at 2 or 3 AM, but since I started going to gym, I usually sleep at 11:30 PM. So I would suggest that go to gym daily and don't use phone at least 30 minutes prior to the sleeping time.
