How many hours do you ACTUALLY work per day? Be honest.

Not counting chai breaks or team syncs where you're just on mute. I am curious because at my company everyone claims 9+ hours, but I seriously doubt it.

• < 4 hours (Chilling/bare minimum) • 4-6 hours (Gets the job done) • 7-9 hours (Proper grind) • 10+ hours (Zero work-life balance)
