How many hours are you honestly working? Not asking the number of hours you spent in office

Less than 1 hour if I remove teams meeting.

45 mts max a day. But no guilt about it since these wage thieving ba*$%ards steal QVA and give peanut hikes.

I am barely working 1-3 hours per day and some day it's not even an hour if you remove the meetings. What bothers me is I am an innovator and getting 2.5 times more salary than some of my ninja colleagues with the same experience and who actually work 7-10 hours daily. I got an IPF of 4.7 for the work I am doing but since I am on notice so I don't think I am getting a good band. But having said that the difference between me and the others are I take initiative and did many things without being asked by someone simply because I love that which increased my visibility and now I am in a development team in a majorly support project.
Sometimes I feel bad for my colleagues but that's how life is and someone always has an unfair advantage 🙂

7 days 12 hours daily average

Worked 10 hours averagr daily still those cheap manager gave me 3 rating I saved the project

5 days - 12- 14 hours in last project

There are people working 2-3 hours and there are people working > 9-10 hours... you can't generalise entire company based on few employees

My project demands 60+ hrs a week of work

Rotational if mrng - 3hrs afternoon - 1hr night-1hr
