How many hours are u spending on office ?
Some of my colleagues have received emails from HR asking about the reason for low hours and informing that a non complaint will be raised.
if 50% of the workforce becomes non-complaint, will tcs be able.to run the projects? ... first of all you do t give increments and then you expect ppl to work.as per your whims? ... if tcs wishes let them sack folks who.ate non complaint, the cost to replenish the resources will increase 2.5 times ... none of the projects that tcs is executing will get any profits ... and very soon will fall into trap!
As it is, the nature of projects are of so poor quality with outdated tech, that one does any benefit in market executing them... with so poor increments over the years, one will be left to just begging on the streets post retirement from this company ... what a brand TCS has created for itself.... hats off to the mgmt!
