How many hours are counted for WFO ?

As most of the folks are visiting office, I would like to have some insights about how many minimum hours need to be at office?

Is QVA linked with total number of hour daily or just visiting for a few hours and come back would be fine and not impacting QVA and salary.

Appreciate any inputs on it.

Depends on your manager ..if he is ok with 3 hrs..then 3rs is enough..else go for 5+..again if the manger is not particular about hrs then it's fine

Foe QVA it will work even if you are going to office only for swipe in and out . But not sure about future threats
