How many exact percentage they will give on band A ?
I want to know the percentage.. I have 8 years of experience. Percentage is according to experience wise or will it increase by calculating on overall package?
Listen, buddy, this isn't a vegetable market where you haggle over percentages. It's a corporate jungle. Your hike depends on your skills, not your years of experience. "Experience" and "competence" are two different things. You've been in the industry for 8 years, but have you been productive or just warming the chair? So, stop whining about percentages and start proving your worth. "Kaam dikhao, naam banao." (Show your work, make a name for yourself.) Now, tell me, what have you done to deserve a hike?
Ohh hello @BoringIce, Do you think without doing anything and in your words .."just warming the chair" I should get A bands ? Obviously I did something productive in last year and that is the reason my expectation is justified. I want to know %, if you don't know then simply you can ignore my post.. rather than judging my skill sets and hard work.
And bro @BoringIce by writing experience and all, I want to understand whether they are calculating based on these factors or not... I think you should check first in yourself if you deserve anything or not
