How many days you are visiting office in RTO

In TCS, we've adopted a hybrid model post-pandemic. I personally visit the office twice a week. However, I firmly believe that work is not where you go, it's what you do. The focus should be on productivity, not physical presence. This is the future of work, whether we accept it or not.

@70hr_worker Totally agree with you, but they are raising concerns over security breaches and moonlighting. Also we got to know near about 9 employees got terminated due to Moonlighting. That's why they are forcing us for WFO. God knows what is truth...

Haven't visit office from last 3 month.
