How many days will it take to complete on BGV process in cognizant?

Cognizant BGV process will be delayed from 15 days to 3 months too. They found a case on my name in some state which I never visited. I have provided court affidavit and followup for some of the other documents.Joined after 15 days but it is really stressful situation for me since I had only this offer at that time.

Know someone who went through it and they had a horrible time. It was long drawn and their system is super buggy. Eventually they had to escalate to the hiring manager and HR to get someone to make backend changes to move it ahead. They wanted more documents from a workplace this person was employed at over a decade ago, salary slips and relieving letter were not sufficient proof.
