How many days we need to be in office for December month to maintain 85/ RTO?

As per what I have noticed the math is as follows: Required Days = (Total Working Days in the Month - Holidays) × 0.85

1. Count the total working days in your location (excluding weekends).
2. Subtract holidays (like Christmas or regional holidays).
3. Multiply by 0.85 (round up if needed).

For example, if December has 22 calendar working days and 1 holiday (Christmas): Required Days = (22 - 1) × 0.85 = 21 × 0.85 = 17.85 ≈ 18 days.

Policies can vary, so don’t rely solely on the math, confirm with HR to avoid surprises!
