We need to go to ofc 12 days but what happens when there is any holiday or I am taking leaves?

60% of the total working days days. Let's say for this month there are a probable of total 21 working days. Now out of these 21 days, 2 days are holidays are let's say you've taken leaves for 3 days. So the actual number of working days for you would be 16 days. So 60% of 16 days comes out to be 9.6 days, which an be rounded up to 10 days. So you should be reporting to office for atleast 10 days this month.

Can we talk about a particular month in focus?
Let's say for April 2025, we have two holidays(April 14th and April 18th), The total number of working days is 22, so the final number of total working days after reducing the leaves is 20, 60% of 20 days is 12 days, I need to work from the office for 12 days, is this calculation correct?

Total working days on April 25 is 22 if we have 2 public holidays then 20 is left and 60% of 20 is 12 ..to fayada kya hua 2 holidays ka totally chutiy***p system hain bhai
