Hi,

I'm on the bench from aug 2025. How many days is it mandatory to go to the office every month? What happens if we don't go to the office for a month. I was in a project till last month. Since it was a completely remote role, I relocated to my hometown and now I cant move back to my work location immediately. Please suggest any ideas how to skip going to office this month .

If we complete 12 days office in first half month then is it acceptable?

In the FS domain, there are few complete wfh opportunities. Because of hectic work , I voluntarily took the release from the project

60% of total no of working days of that month minus leaves and public holiday. This month has 21 working days but 1 public holiday for 15th August and another public holiday for Ganesh Chaturthi. So total no of working days 19. Now 60% of 19 days=11.4 days.
If you are B1 and above grade , then 11 days okay. But if you are fresher, then go to 12 days office.

What happens if I don't go for 11 days? I'm planning to move to my work location from the start of next month. So is it fine if I don't go to the office this month?
