Trending @Capgemini; How many days need to complete wfo. I heard cumulative 12 days working a month Or 3 days a week. How many hours need to be present in office to have complete day attendance.

After increment people are not coming to office, so not sure about attendance

They track via sapience app installed in app and activity time should be than 5 hours

As of now no.of hours not considered.they are only considering physical swipe of card

Minimum 5 hours

12 days in a month we should be in office

As of now they are just tracking Swipe that's it, Not particular hours but anyways I am staying 5 hours
