How many days can we work from home without exception to maintain 85% compliance. 4 days wfh shows 100% compliance.

There is something strange in the calculation.. I did not got for 4 days in Jul but still got 100% index.. so. To sure what is happening..

To maintain 85% compliance, you can work from home for up to 3 days a month. Compliance is tracked by days, not hours. Exceptions need manager and HR approval.
