How many days are you visiting office, being a no ODC location?

I belong to a city where there is no ODC. Manager still wants us to visit at least 3 days a month. Is there anybody out there with the same situation and how many days are you visiting?

I also don’t have odc but still have to go to office all 5 days

That's weird. You should stop going if you have nothing officially from HR and the manager. And without ODC you cannot work on a project that's against policy I guess. I used to go to the office 2 3 days monthly but I just sit in the pantry and leave after 30 40 minutes. I cannot open my laptop and login to VDI.

We have to connect our mobile hotspot in order to do the work. Our HR says they will stop our performance pay and city allowance if we don’t adhere to the policy
