Trending @Accenture; How many are fu***d up with long bench period?

It's been 5 months on bench no project allocated.Sometimes they softlock for sometime and again put on bench.You may say try learning new skill and switch when trying to focus on new skill some project requirement mail comes which is a different technology but as we are so desperate we show our interest and start preparing for the new technology to crack project interview meanwhile they say requirement fulfilled or won't respond.....and the cycle goes on.... During my college days I used to think how can people be on bench for such long period and now I found the answer "HOPE"
