Around 30 ish, I use them when needed . In general i would end up using 15 leaves

Sick are never used, CL are always exhausted. Some ELs also get used.

How many leaves do you get?

In my company we have 1 leave per month. Basically after working all January a leave will be credited in February just like our salary and we get 12 leaves per month only (PTOs). What is your leave structure.
