How many A bands
In a team of 9 including manager and scrum master . How many A bands can be given ?
I have got 4.35 ipf and the project has dependency on me and one more team member who has got 4.4 (probably the highest in my team)
Do i have any chance of getting A ?
1 or max 2

What priority you are to your manager decides your band. So ipf is not related to the band.
It totally depends on the project type.
If there are parallel projects running apart from your project there is a risk the highest band would be capped at B band.
Its cause of some parallel management crap.
If project is independent possible 1 A band or 2 if the project is bringing a huge revenue stream.
Band depends on bell curve, it mainly happens on 2 levels Team level and grade level Please suggest if I am wrong.
Will the bands be out next week?
