Trending @Cognizant; How long this layoff cycle will go on at Cognizant?
Last year Cognizant results were not having any growth. This year if CEO does not show growth .. he will be kicked out. So , to show growth in revenue and profit , our leadership is cutting costs left and right.. no promotions , hikes postponed , no non essential trabel and layoff people who are not in projects
I think its gonna take forever as we people who are on bench now don’t have projects but still more and more freshers are being hired.

They are also employees there and doing their job. They are being instructed to do so. This is management level issue. They are just busy doing PR of the company rather than actually working on real problems & resolving issues of their employees.
Cognizant is like this only since last year. 2024 will be worst.
