How long one should stay in this company? (Switch)
If you got into TCS as a fresher. How many months/years need to stay for growth? or switch asap if you got any other offer?
It's the wrong way of thinking. Think always if the job is working for you - are you enjoying it, are you learning and growing, are you securing you future... Every individual values something among the above or has other priorities. If your priorities are working out in this job then stay. Else look for something that will work. In general, it's ok to spend a couple of years as a fresher to learn and grow. The moment it starts feeling dull it is time to get out.
Thank for your reply but currently I don't know what I wanted to do. I got an ninja offer in CSP unit. But as many people say in tcs. There is no growth and no good opportunity for freshers. Like people become lazy and get into comfort zone. Because your peers are also not too good. If they were they'll probably end up somewhere else.
I don't want get into comfort zone again Because I want to earn good in this industry. For that I asked because here after one year also. There is no good hike.
I want to learn skills and work on good projects.
Good that you don't want to be in a comfort zone. That means taking control of your life and career. As I said if it's not working for you move to a different project or different role or different company. Basically, you choose. Not someone else. If an offer is exciting go for it. You're young right? Then act with that zeal and exuberance. Your potential is only limited by your own thoughts. Good that you are asking here too - means you are taking control. I ain't criticizing.
As long as you feel you are learning something new
Leave as soon as possible and you acquire the skill set to work in another company
