How long is it safe to remain unallocated (on bench) in TCS at the Noida location?

As per new policy for unallocated people released on july 25 ,maximum 35 days they allow on bench

3 months and further keep reporting to rmg daily and take calls from projects

Right now very hard to predict. One recession or one more IT major drop call then pretty sure TCS too will be forced to start firing.
