Trending @Infosys; How long is it ideal to continue as a specialist programmer before making a jump?
I joined Infosys as a fresher for sp role. There are new stuffs coming up, so my learning is not stagnant. Im curious to know when can I make a jump, how other product/service based companies view SPs of Infosys and what packages do they offer (if at all you knew anyone who shifted)?
SP is an internal role that infy created no organization outside know that there is special group called STG in infosys.Also if they know the fresher salary is high in infosys usually market rate for 0 to 3 years salary is less than 10 LPA unless you role is GEN AI Developer or you are switching to product based company.But if 3+ i think the line between STG and other units fade.
U are fresher or got into power programmer via bridge?
Its highly rated but end of day ur skills will be tested during interviews not designatioj u were in infy
