Trending @Cognizant; How long is Bench period for Associate Level?

I'm a Tech Lead at Cognizant, 2 weeks before I came to pdp pool. In the pdp connect I was told we have an aging of only 35 days, and after that we will not be a part of pdp pool. We will be moved under HR.

Does anyone know for Associate level how long the bench period will be? And after moving to HRs what we can do to get a project.

I'm only looking for devops project & I have been learning devops tools & tech since past 6 months.
