If you joined as a fresher and are not getting good salary package, then you should switch. Switching will allow you to get a better package and a new environment for learning. Also you'll get to know what is going on in the market. Sometimes we tend to stay in the same organisation for many years thinking that we'll get better salary and better hikes with time but most of the times it's not the case. They tend to make fake promises of promotions and onsites in many cases just to retain people on same salary for few more years.
