Trending @Infosys; How long does it take to move from JL 4 TO JL 5
I am working as Senior associate consultant for the past two 2 years. My manager is always not reachable.Now I don't know whether i should continue working or move out of infy. There is no motivation to work anymore since payscale is not increasing and no constant hike or promotion cycle i could follow. We had year end appraisal and I got rating commendable. Only god knows what i will get from that rating.
If you all have suggestions please tell me.
Commendable rating means manager Defintely has a very positive feedback on your work. Hikes not in manager hands. Where org decides to give hike you will get one which will slightly above average hikes

If everyone gets hike mostly for commendable you can expect somewhere around 8-10% i guess. Also completely depends on manager nomination and his dedication to convince the DM for the promotion approval. So Simultaneously try looking for jobs outside
