3 yrs after you joined or 3 yrs from your previous(c2) promotion is what your manager will say.
But there is no such thing. As long as you have 7.5 yrs of experience , if he wants to raise , he can raise. But they wont do that :)
They will make you wait. Even after raising they will make you wait saying "it is pending with hr"
