How long does Infosys typically take to issue an offer letter? I've already received the BGV email, but I'm still waiting for the offer letter.

It take 2-3 weeks to get the OL, infosys does the previous employer confirmation before releasing the offer

Hi. Is bgv haplening before releasing offer letter. In my case HR confirmed about OL after 16 days. Not yet recieved yet. Can u confirm background verification happenns before or after OL.. Thanks
