Trending @Capgemini; How long does 3 days WFO continues . There are some people saying that it would be 4 days a week soon?

Yes this is already in effect for managers and above, this will soon be extended to 4 days/week across all grades. They're targeting 5 days of WFO by 2025. (I have no idea where people are going to sit if everyone starts coming in 5 days a week)
