Do we need to serve notice period of 90 days if we get opportunity outside when on lop??

You have give them some reasons of health issues or any personal issues due to which you were not into any project. Secondly if you are trying the switch and were not getting opportunity, then you can mention regarding no opportunity appeared in that period of time.
