How leaves are credited in TCS? Quarterly or Annually?

Leaves are credited quarterly. SL and EL are carried forward to the next financial year. CL gets expired at the end of the financial year. Flexi gets expired at end of calendar year

🈴 LEAVES POLICY IN TCS

🟪 Casual leaves

• ⭐Per quarter: 1.75
• ⭐Per year: 1.75 * 4 = 7 days
• ⭐️Cannot be carried forward; expire at the end of the financial year (March-April). 📅

🟥 Sick leaves (can be carry forwarded up to 44 leaves):

• ⭐Per quarter: 2
• ⭐Per year: 2 * 4 = 8 days

🟧 Earned leaves (can be carry forwarded up to 48 leaves):

• ⭐Per quarter: 4
• ⭐Per year: 4 * 4 = 16 days
• ⭐Can be carried forward, but maximum of 48 can be carried forward; the rest are encashed and added to the next month's salary.22 earned leaves equal 1 month's basic salary.

🟨 Flexi leaves (cannot be carry forwarded):

• ⭐Per year: 2 days
• ⭐️ Cannot be carried forward; expire at the end of the calendar year (December), with fresh leaves allocated in January. 🎉
