Leave Encashment = Per Day Amount × Number of unused leave days

Example : Assume your
Total Fixed Pay: ₹12,00,000
Company PF + Gratuity: ₹1,00,000
Unused Leaves: 15 days

Step 1:

Total Base Compensation ₹12,00,000 – ₹1,00,000 = ₹11,00,000

Step 2:

Per-day amount ₹11,00,000 ÷ 365 ≈ ₹3014 per day

Step 3: Encashment 15 × 3014 ≈ ₹45,210
