How layoffs going in TCS Pune
Today, I was in the open ODC, and I overheard a manager talking to someone on a call. He said, I just got an email from RMG/HR with a list of 35 employees, and we have to release at least 9 of them. I think the other person asked on what basis the list was shared, and the manager replied, The last two C-grade employees. The second person then said that We can’t release them right now, but we can do it in the last week of December or the first week of January.
I was a bit shocked, but anyway, we should start preparing ourselves.

Yes heard the same from my manager, got 100 names from top, need to identify 25 out of that to let go. Just one C in last year is also considered
