What's the time window after which you typically stop going through new resumes for a job posting?
Trying to understand if applying on a 6 day or two week old job posting makes sense or not.
Depends, I know PhonePe has a psychotic Adam Warlock level God that they're expecting for Sr Brand Manager that they've been interviewing for 5 months - nobody passes their second level interview. I've seen smart desperate companies close positions in a week. If the job role is open, just apply. Don't overthink it. Also if you really like the job, write to hiring manager AND HR with a one pager why you're right.
