How it feels like
It is very tough to deal as a Developer especially in TCS..
No recognition no onsite only delivering Quality work and if anything break outside the box, Managers simple question you??..
Suggestions : If these companies need to excel they will have to Support and Rise the developers.
Well said dude. Reality of TCS is fd up. Infact most service companies. They treat developers like crap and previously it worked cause it was quantity and some crap put out makes anyone a Developer.
Now quality is required and they suddenly dont have resources. So just focus on yourself and jump. They will learn their lesson the hard way.

Totally agreed. They allocate only for short-term development projects and they easily kick you out of the project once you have done the said development.
TCS only values support engineers.. doing daily prescribed tasks with no innovation or challenges. For developers, you'll be unallocated every year or even two times in the same year just because you have been highly productive and completed the production within the prescribed timeframe'😂
