How is Work life in Cognizant?

Hey guys!! I will be joining Cognizant next month. It will be my 3rd company. First one was product startup company and current company is Bosch. In both of my company the work environment was great with a lot of flexibility. But in Bosch my learning graph came really down that I was desperate to get an offer. Finally I got from Cognizant. I am worried about the work life, project allocation etc in Cognizant. Could you please tell me how was your experience with Cognizant?
