How is work life balance for an Amazon SDM in India?

Can depend on team, seniority etc. But is it better than an SDE3 or gets worse?

WLB of Amazon SDM is far far better than SDE3. And SDMs in Amazon is considered having lowest bar as they are the only major tech company that allows even TPMs to switch to SDMs!
